Key responsibilities
Responsible for the Councils overall resource management and giving strategic advice and support in the following areas; Information Technology, finance, human resources, democratic services including elections, policy and strategy, communications and property services including car parking services. Jayne is the Councils Section 151 officer to provide assurance on the financial activities of the Council.

Career information
Jayne has worked within Local Government for over 30 years having started her career at Sandwell, moving to Solihull where she qualified in 1991 and her last 17 years in the role as Director of Finance and Resources within the joint management arrangement between Bromsgrove and Redditch Councils. She also worked as regional finance manager for MENCAP for 4 years during this time. Jayne joined Wychavon in 2020.
