We offer a range of advice, funding and other support to community groups and voluntary organisations across Wychavon to help them respond to local priorities and needs.

Communities Officers
Our three Communities Officers work closely with communities and a wide range of organisations across Wychavon including the three volunteer centres, parish and town councils, food banks and community groups. They support a variety of projects that will make the district a better place to live as well as supporting communities to respond to local priorities. We will be adding more details about how you can contact them and the support they can provide soon.
Funding sources
Wychavon Resilience Grants
Applications for Wychavon Resilience Grants are now open.
There are three funding strands available:
- Community resilience: £400,000 of small revenue grants to support voluntary and community sector organisations operating in Wychavon to become stronger and less reliant on local authority funding in the future.
- Community building energy resilience: £50,000 of grants towards the costs of energy audits and implementing energy efficiency and carbon reduction measures in community buildings in Wychavon.
- Biodiversity improvements: £50,000 of funding to support communities with improving biodiversity in their local area. Worcestershire Wildlife Trust is managing this element of the funding on our behalf. Find out more and apply at Natural Networks | Worcestershire Wildlife Trust
