Cowl Street Car Park Vehicle Permits - Terms and Conditions
Vehicle Permits are available for use on the Cowl Street Car Park ONLY.
These are issued in accordance with the Wychavon District Council
(Off-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2021 (as varied).
- The permit must be purchased through the MiPermit website before using the parking space and is only valid from the time of council approval.
- If a vehicle registration is changed or a new vehicle is purchased it is the permit holder’s responsibility to ensure that all registration details are amended with MiPermit. Failure to do this may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued.
- Only the vehicle registrations assigned to the numbered space permit may be parked in that space. This must be done either prior to the vehicle parking or immediately after parking through MiPermit.
- The permit(s) is issued for a period of twelve months only. The permit(s) will automatically renew after 12 months. Permit holders will be issued with a reminder email that their permit will automatically renew. Permit holders do have the option to cancel the renewal before it is processed.
- Please park correctly in the allocated space. Do not obstruct or block any other space or park in the access roadways. Incorrect parking may lead to the vehicle being issued with a Penalty Charge Notice.
- There is a charge of £294.00 per annum for a permit. The Council reserves the right to vary permit prices. VAT may be subject to change.
- No work shall be carried out to a vehicle unless it is due to an emergency. Notification must also be made to Parking Services 01386 565009 or

- The Permit Holder is expected to comply with all reasonable regulations (including these conditions) which relate to the use of the Car Park as published by the Council and made known to the Permit Holder. A breach may lead to the permit being withdrawn.
- The Council accepts no responsibility for Permit Holders and use of the Car Park is entirely at the Permit Holder’s own risk.

Parking Permits can only be obtained by application through MiPermit at www.mipermit.com.
Payment will be held until your application has been verified. An e-mail notification will be issued in the event there is a problem with your application.
VAT: The charge for the permit is inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
