Where can I get benefits advice?

You can chat to our Virtual Assistant for Revenue and Benefits, by clicking on the 'Chat with Us' button at the bottom of the screen.

We can also be reached by email, phone or post - See below for contact details. You can also visit one of our contact centres in Droitwich, Evesham or Pershore.

Our telephone lines will be open from 9am to 1.30pm Monday to Friday. From 1.30pm to 4.45pm our Agents will be available to speak with you using our Live Chat service via the Chat with Us button below.

Can I get help to pay my rent?

You can only claim Housing Benefit if the below apply to you:

  • You are single and have reached State Pension Age.
  • You are in a relationship and you have both reached State Pension Age.
  • You are in Council placed emergency housing or exempt housing.

I can't afford my Council Tax

If you are worried about paying your Council Tax bill, then we can help.

You may also be able to claim Council Tax Support, which can cover some of your Council Tax bill if you are of working age with a low household income. If you are of pension age then you may be able to have all of your Council Tax bill paid.
