In accordance with section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005, Wychavon District Council will shortly publish a revised statement of the principles that they propose to apply in exercising their functions under the Gambling Act 2005 during the three year period beginning with the date that the statement takes effect.
Date of publication of the revised statement: 20 December 2021
Date revised statement will take effect: 31 January 2022
The revised statement will be available to on the Council’s website
