One our promises is to work with partners to create an index and map of community facilities across the district and use this to target our future funding and support..
So far we have created an index and interactive map of some of the district's physical assets including community halls, education, food provision, health and wellbeing, information and support, parks and open spaces, sports facilities and youth provision.
The next stage will involve working with the public-health funded community builders and key partners to create a map of the district’s key social assets.
The first page of the map dashboard allows you to categorise the assets and see where they are located across the district and the second page shows asset locations by ward along with information about the residents and deprivation. Visuals can be enlarged using the focus mode in their upper right corner, please use the buttons to navigate between pages.
