Key responsibilities
As a solicitor to the Council, Meesha's responsibilities include; managing the Council’s Joint legal team and providing professional legal services to all Council teams. Meesha is Monitoring Officer which is the Statutory Officer with regards to member conduct and governance issues and the Councils Data Protection Officer.
Education
- 1999 graduated from University of Bristol with LLB (Hons)
- 2000 completed the legal practice course at College of Law
Career information
Meesha trained in a private practice in London, where she qualified as a solicitor in August 2004. She later moved away from private corporate work to locum for the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham in their litigation team. In October 2005, Meesha moved from London to Droitwich and after undertaking locum work for Leicester City Council, she joined the Wychavon legal team in January 2006.
